Do we have Insurance?
Yes, we do! We hold £5 million of public liability insurance. You can find more details on our insurance policy here.
Are the castles tested for safety?
Yes, all our inflatable equipment is PIPA safety tested annually. Each tested item has a blue tag attached with the safety test number, which can be checked on the PIPA safety website.
What Time Will My Bouncy Castle Be Delivered?
Off-peak season: Delivery is between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Busy periods: Delivery is between 7 AM and 11 AM.

When Will My Bouncy Castle Be Collected?
We start pickups at 5 PM, usually finishing by 7 PM. If your garden is secure, you can opt for overnight hire for a small fee. For more collection details, visit our Hire Information page.
I'm Hiring a Hall and Have Specific Times for Drop-off and Collection. Is This Okay?
Yes! We can usually accommodate specific time requests at no extra charge. However, it is best to contact us in advance to arrange this.
How Do I Pay?
When booking through our website, you will receive a payment link to pay your deposit or full balance. Please note that all bookings will be cancelled if a deposit is not made. You can view our payment terms here.
What If It's Raining?
Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather! You have the option to:

Change your booking date (if informed in advance)

Cancel your booking (Deposits are forfeited if canceled less than 48 hours before the event. Full payment is forfeited if canceled on the day.)

If we cancel due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. More details can be found on our Weather Policy page.
What If It's Windy?
According to Health and Safety Executive guidelines, inflatables should not be used if wind speeds exceed 23 mph. If our staff deem it unsafe to set up, the booking will be canceled at no charge. Safety always comes first! Read more in our Safety Policy.

What Ages Are Your Rodeo Bulls and Rodeo Rides Suitable For?
Our rodeo rides, including the rodeo bull, rodeo pumpkin, and rodeo football ride, are suitable for ages 6 and up.
Do Your Rodeo Rides Come With Attendants?
Yes! It is mandatory for a trained attendant to operate any rodeo ride to ensure safety. Read more here.
